NOTICE OF PUBLIC CALL FOR TENDERS FOR ACQUISITION OF VEHICLES FOR THE ISLAMIC BANK OF GUINEA (BIG)

The Islamic Bank of Guinea, a member of the Tamweel Africa Holding group, the country’s leading private bank, present in Conakry and the interior of the country (Boké, Kamsar, Kindia, Mamou, Labé, Kankan, Siguiri and soon Boffa) is launching a call for public offers for the acquisition of two (02) Toyota Hilux Pick-up vehicles with box.

1. Invitation to tender and participation in the tender

All companies legally established on Guinean territory and interested in this invitation to tender are requested to send their offer to the reception of the Islamic Bank of Guinea, located at the Nafaya Building, 6th Avenue de la République BP: 1247 Conakry, opposite the Central Police Station in Kaloum.

2. Preparation and submission of offers:

Administrative, technical and financial offers, in sealed envelopes, must be submitted to the address indicated below:

Islamic Bank of Guinea, Nafaya Building, 6th Avenue of the Republic BP: 1247 Conakry, opposite the Central Police Station of Kaloum.

An administrative offer must contain the following documents :

A copy of the approval, A proof of payment of taxes and duties (copy of the receipt or a tax clearance) or a registration certificate dating from less than three months; A proof of payment of social security contributions dating from less than three months.

A technical offer containing:

Documents proving the experience of the company, concerning the subject of this invitation to tender. Professional references (lists and complete addresses of the people for whom you have carried out similar services) for possible verifications;

A financial offer containing :

Unit prices (including tax) in Guinean francs; The period of validity of the financial offer; The desired terms of payment.

4. Deadline for submission of tenders:

Tenders must be submitted no later than July 21, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. precise.

Those submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.

Bids submitted by email will not be accepted.

5. Opening of tenders:

Bids will be opened on July 24, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at the headquarters of the BIG in the presence of all the suppliers who have tendered.

The examination and evaluation of the offers will be carried out by an internal ad hoc committee in accordance with the purchasing procedures in force at the BIG.

6. Adjudication :

The successful bidder will be informed by mail and will have 72 hours to approach the Bank in order to carry out the required formalities.
