Renovating Weizman Street
Dear residents and residents,
The municipality of Kfar Saba, through the maintenance and operation division of the public works department, continues the development and renovation of all public spaces throughout the city.
In this framework, starting Thursday 9/2/2023, work will begin to renew Weizman Street, in the section between Jerusalem-Haemek streets. The work will be carried out in sections, in order to allow traffic on the street, starting at 8:00 PM every evening until 5:00 AM the next morning.
Traffic and work arrangements:
9/2 Thursday until 16/2 Thursday: Hermetically closing sections and/or reducing the travel lane from east to west and/or from west to east depending on the progress of the work in favor of paving parking bays and crossings.
19/2 Sunday until 28/2 Tuesday: Hermetically closing sections of the travel lane from east to west and/or from west to east depending on the progress of the work in favor of scrubbing and layering the road and repainting the floor markings.
For your attention: during traffic blockages, the residents of the area will be allowed to enter accompanied by traffic inspectors. Also, you are requested not to park your vehicle along the work route, depending on the work sections, starting Thursday, at 4:00 p.m., vehicles that are not evacuated will be towed to a nearby location, in order to allow the work to be carried out, and information on their whereabouts can be obtained at the municipal hotline. Please obey the instructions of the signage and the direction of the inspectors on the spot.
* There may be changes in the dates of the works according to changes in the weather. Updates will be issued on the municipal website and messages.

- Pedestrian crossing will be allowed as usual on the sidewalks, throughout the works. To enjoy and have fun, it is recommended to use the WAZE application.
