The state rights protection seminar was held on Saturday in Kannur, Kerala, as part of the 23rd All India Conference of the Marxist Communist Party. His party did not allow senior Congress leader KV Thomas to attend the seminar. However, she did not attend the seminar. Kerala State Congress leader K Sudhakaran had written a letter to Congress president Sonia Gandhi urging her to take disciplinary action against him.
In this situation, the Congress Disciplinary Committee has sent a notice to KV Thomas. In the notice, it was asked why no action should be taken against Awa for violating party control.
