Russia and Kazakhstan have agreed on commercial supplies of electricity to Kazakhstan, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said following a meeting with Kazakh Prime Minister Askar Mamin on the eve. According to him, the terms of delivery will later be determined by commercial companies.
“An agreement has been reached that such supplies of electricity (from the Russian Federation to Kazakhstan .— “B”) will be, but commercial terms must be provided. The conditions will be worked out between commercial companies, ”said Mr. Novak TASS.
In October, Aleksandr Panina, a board member and acting head of the Inter RAO trading block, announced that the holding intends to begin commercial electricity supplies to Kazakhstan in November.
