November 4: 33,949 new cases of Covid-19 infection in Germany, 165 deaths per day from covid

On November 4, the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) reports 33,949 new cases of Covid-19 infection, which is significantly more than the previous day (20,398). There were 165 corona deaths per day. The nationwide 7-day incidence increased to 154.5 (146.6). More than 66.9 percent of the German population has been fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, 4,672,368 cases of the virus have been identified in Germany. This means that the number of cases in comparison with the previous day increased by 33.949 cases. In total, 96,192 people have died as a result of the Covid-19 disease since the start of the pandemic.
