Speech delivered during the unveiling ceremony of the monument to those who lost their lives in the October Revolution

ThoGuys! We have gathered here to unveil a monument to those who fell in the October Revolution of 1917. The penitents of the working people sacrificed their lives to liberate the countries from the grip of imperialism, to end the wars between the countries, to overthrow the colonial rule and to achieve socialism.
Guys! Russia’s decades of modern history have had a long list of revolutionary martyrs. Thousands of people died fighting against Zaratshi. Their sacrifice inspired new fighters and helped draw more people into the struggle.
These fellows, who were brought down during the last October, brought with them a great sense of victory. They won that great glory of which the revolutionary leaders of mankind had dreamed: over the corpses of these comrades who had died on the field of battle, thousands of millions of new and rare warriors who had triumphed with their mass heroism marched forward.

Today, all over the world, workers are seething with rage. Workers’ socialist revolution is beginning in various countries. Capitalists all over the world are hastily mobilizing to suppress the revolution through terror and hostility. And the Socialist Soviet Republic of Russia is a particular thorn in their side. The united world imperialists are ready to attack us. They are ready to drag us into many new wars and to impose on us even more sacrifices.
Guys! Let us honor the memory of these October soldiers by taking a vow in front of their memorial that we will follow in their footsteps and emulate their bravery and valor.
