Saint Augustine was born on November 13, 354 in Tagaste and received the Latin name Aurelius Augustinus Hipponensis.

He is the patron of those who seek God and is an example that, no matter how far a person is from the Lord, it is always possible to get closer or return to Him.

In 385 and after a mundane life in which he did not find happiness, Augustine converted to Christianity, thanks to the intense prayers of his mother, Santa Monica.
