Now there is a price war at Grandiosa – Dagsavisen

The low-price chains have reduced the price of the original version of pizza Grandiosa to NOK 20.86. It is the lowest level in several years, writes The online newspaper.

The normal price of the pizza has been between NOK 40 and 60 in the past year.

It was the discount chain Extra that lowered the price first – then the others have followed.

– We take the blame for the crazy price of Grandiosa original. Extra will be the cheapest chain and this week we have 30 per cent on selected Grandiosa varieties, says communications director Harald Kristiansen to the online newspaper.

Also in January, there was a price war at Grandiosa, when the price was reduced to 29.90. Now the pizza has been reduced by almost ten kroner.
