by time news

Bankers propose to abolish some types of payments to the financial ombudsman, who considers complaints from citizens. For example, in cases where the bank is recognized as not violating consumer rights. The National Council of the Financial Market (NSFM) prepared the relevant amendments to the laws “On the Financial Commissioner” and “On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation” and sent them to the Ministry of Finance, the Central Bank and the Chairman of the State Duma Financial Market Committee Anatoly Aksakov. The representative of the Central Bank confirmed the receipt of the bill.

The essence of the proposed amendments is set out in a letter to Aksakov, a copy of which was reviewed by Vedomosti. Aksakov has not yet received the letter, he told Vedomosti.
