NTUC FairPrice has announced a 15 percent discount on three types of rice products.
The discount will be valid at all NTUC stores from today till the 9th of next month.
The price discount is given to three types of rice from Thailand.
NTUC said each customer can buy up to 4 bags.
It said efforts are being made to tackle inflation and price hikes.
NTUC also said that the price of Thai rice has not changed since 2020.
Core inflation in Singapore was recorded at 5.3 percent last month.
Food, services and retail sectors saw the highest price increase.
