Buenos Aires: (www.kvartha.com) A nurse has been arrested in the case of killing two newborn babies by injecting poison. Brenda Aguero (27) was arrested by the police. The relevant incident took place in North Cordoba, Argentina. The incident came to light when the baby’s relatives filed a complaint against the hospital.
The police learned that the babies had been injected with poison during an investigation into the deaths of babies at the Neonatal Maternity Hospital in Cordoba. Too much potassium was found in the body of the babies. According to the reports, Brenda Aguero was arrested during the subsequent investigation. Apart from the two babies who were killed, eight newborn babies were also poisoned by them.
But the report also shows that these babies have recovered because of the timely access to better treatment. The murders of the nurse came to light under the name of ‘Angel of Death’ case. Angels of Death are those nurses who kill the very patients they care for.
