  • Carob cookies. There are several recipes, depending on the type of cookies you want to make. The trick is to completely replace the wheat flour with a mixture of carob and almond flour. In this way, delicious cookies with a low glycemic index are obtained.
  • Carob bread. Although carob is usually used to replace chocolate, it is also possible to make delicious muffins with its flour. However, to achieve an adequate texture, it must be mixed with a little wheat flour (preferably whole wheat) and baking yeast.
  • Carob ice cream. A very well crushed mixture of milk, cream, carob, sugar and banana pulp is boiled. Then you just have to put the mixture in a straw and we will have an ice cream very similar to chocolate.
