Nutritionist Yulia Polovinskaya told reporters which types of buckwheat are the most useful for eating.
According to the expert, the use of green buckwheat is of particular value for human health, as it contains a lot of fiber that promotes digestion, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
“Green buckwheat is buckwheat grain without heat treatment. Due to this, it does not lose vitamins. Therefore, green buckwheat has more benefits than ordinary brown buckwheat,” said Polovinskaya.
