Taking into account the investigation being carried out by the International Criminal Court into human rights violations committed in the country since 2014, the OAS representative indicated that “the time has come to bring charges against those most responsible, including Maduro.”
“It is time for justice. We are going to request that these charges be brought against him. For a hemisphere free of crimes against humanity,” he said.
