Oasis Confirms Reunion After 15 Years: 14 Concerts Set for UK and Ireland

by time news

15 years after they split up, the popular British band confirms that they are reuniting. They announce this on their own website.

There they inform about 14 concerts in the UK and Ireland next year.

Tickets will go on sale at 10:00 AM this coming Saturday.

“This is it, this is happening,” the band writes on their own account on X.

British media have heavily speculated that a possible reunion could be in the works after the band published a cryptic message on X on Monday evening.

Years of Feud

That brothers Noel (54) and Liam (49) Gallagher have a tumultuous sibling relationship is no secret.

The Gallagher brothers have been fighting for years, and the conflict between them has largely played out in public. While the duo topped the charts in the 90s with the band Oasis, in recent years they have instead topped newspaper headlines with jabs at each other.

It should be noted that they also fought fiercely when Oasis was still together. Ultimately, it was a brawl in 2009 that led to the demise of the popular band.

And even though it has been a whole 15 years since the brothers went their separate ways, the conflict continues to flare up.
