On the social network X, the user @damiensreenan, showed with screenshots, how in Dublin, the prices of the rooms increased significantly from the day before the announcement to the other.
A hotel went from 149 to 410 euros per night, with the general price range between 150 and 720 euros, according to screenshots from screen.
Customers with reservations in the Maldron Hotel Manchester City and the Maldron Hotel Cathedral Quarterreceived emails informing them that a “technical error” made it impossible to carry out their reservations and increased the cost.
