Obvious health for those affected by Covid vaccines: “They were vaccinated voluntarily,” he says

And I write paradoxically because from the beginning these vaccines were considered essential, effective, safe, and the feeling was conveyed that they were almost mandatory.

Of course, what is at stake is responsibility of the Administrationsince, as already happened during the non-influenza A pandemic of 2009-10, the contracts that were signed with the different sellers of these vaccines specify that if there are legal claims, it will be the governments who will assume them.

Things could not be more contradictory because it turns out that in this case of a young man who suffered severe myocarditis after vaccination with the Moderna productthere is even a specific opinion from the Spanish Agency for Medicines and Health Products (Aemps) that certifies, for the first time, the causal relationship between the injection of the vacuna Spikevax-covid 19 and that suffering.

But there is more, and that is that in his response Health says: «The citizen who voluntarily receives health care must assume the Adverse effects derivatives thereof if he lent his informed consent (…).

Given that the possibility of the damage from which the claim derives had been disclosed by the Aemps when the vaccine was administered and that said vaccine was voluntarily receivedthe alleged damage cannot be considered unlawful and, consequently, no financial liability can be attributed to public administrations as a result of this claim.

I do not know if in this case the plaintiff signed such consent, but I do know that the vast majority of people who are vaccinated, especially in the middle of a pandemic, do NOT receive an informed consent to read and subsequently sign.

The so-called informed consent, for those who do not know, is a document that explains the pros and cons of receiving a health service. And it serves, among other things, to exempt from legal responsibility to the medical team that offers it.

But as I said, when it comes to vaccines, this step is generally omitted before proceeding with the vaccination.

I don’t know if you are health authorities They measure well the consequences of their decisions. I write it because what do you think citizens will do in the next pandemic when they are offered vaccines that, because they have been developed at full speed, break all records for deaths and damages?

Is it smart to encourage and encourage the population to get vaccinated and then when the damage occurs (all drugs offer risks) leave people stranded?
