Cape Town: The South African Parliament has approved a draft resolution to downgrade South Africa’s embassy in Israel following Israel’s continued occupation of Palestine.

The National Freedom Party, which has only two seats, moved the motion while all other parties supported it. NFP thanked all the parties who supported them.

In a statement released by the NFP, the NFP said that Nelson Mandela would have been proud of this decision and said that he would be free only when freedom in Palestine is complete.

The statement also says that the state of Israel was built through the displacement of Palestinians, murders, power grabs, and apartheid against Palestinians.

The statement added that as the people of South Africa, they will not accept apartheid.

This year alone, 69 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli forces. Murders are occurring at a rate of one per day.

According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, these attacks are the worst since 2000. But during this period 13 Israeli people were killed.

There are also reports that death alliances may increase as holidays of Muslim, Christian and Jewish communities come in the next few days.

Earlier, the United Nations condemned the Israeli Finance Minister’s statement that Palestinians would be evicted from the West Bank city of Huwara.
