Odisha brings question bank for CHSE students

Public relations webdesk. To help Plus II students prepare well for the upcoming Annual Higher Secondary Examinations (AHSE), the Council for Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) has started bringing question banks of various subjects.

CHSE officials said that the new initiative of the council, started from this year keeping in mind the interest of the students, will also help them in preparing for other competitive examinations. “The questions compiled are for the reference and practice of students for AHSE and competitive examinations,” the council said in a letter.

It also asked the Principals of all Higher Secondary Schools affiliated to it to popularize the question bank among other students to ensure that they get the best out of it. A CHSE official said that in the first phase, question bank for five subjects of science stream – Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology and Mathematics – has been made available on the CHSE portal.

After this, questions from subjects of other streams will be made available to the students on the website and the process is currently going on. CHSE sources said AHSE-2024, for which the form filling process has already started, has been tentatively scheduled to mid-2024. february. The annual examination is likely to start after the second week of February. Council sources said the final timetable will be updated on CHSE in due course.

Controller of Examinations Ashok Kumar Nayak said that the form filling process, which started from September 15 for pre-regular candidates, ended on October 7. The process of depositing fees with a fine of Rs 450 will end on October 9.
