The graduate will be competent to improve processes, standardize procedures, detect areas of opportunity and promote teamwork with leadership and responsibility within a wine company.
Likewise, supervise the design and establishment of vineyards through the application of viticultural production systems and agroecological techniques to obtain grapes that meet the parameters required in the production of quality wines, in a critical and sustainable way.
You will also be able to make different types of wine using traditional and innovative winemaking techniques to respond to the consumer demands of the regional, national and international market, being responsible for quality in the production chain with a sense of responsibility and respect for the environment.
The graduate in Oenology will have the ability to evaluate the quality of wines and raw materials through the application of chemical analysis techniques and methods to determine the characteristics chemicals in grapes, must and wine.
