This resolution will take effect the day after the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the University of Granada (BOUGR), after publication of the full text in the National Grants Database (BDNS).
Applications will be submitted through the Electronic Office of the University of Granada.

Against this resolution, which is issued by delegation of signature of the Chancellor dated February 9, 2023 and which exhausts the administrative route by virtue of articles 84.1 of the Statutes of the University, whose publication was ordered by Decree 231/2011 of July 12 (BOJA nº 147, of July 28, 2011) and 6.4 of the Organic Law 6/2001, of December 21, on Universities, an appeal for reversal may be filed before Ms. Rector Magnificent of the University of Granada, within one month, from the day following the publication of the extract thereof in the BOUGR, in accordance with articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, or directly file a contentious appeal -administrative before the Contentious-Administrative Court of Granada, within a period of two months from the day following the date of publication, as provided in articles 8.3 and 46.1 of Law 29/98, of July 13, regulating of the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction (BOE of July 14).
