Against this Resolution, which is issued by delegation of signature dated February 9, 2023 and which exhausts the administrative route under articles 84.1 of the University Statutes, whose publication was ordered by Decree 231/2011 of February 12. July (BOJA nº 147, of July 28, 2011) and 6.4 of the Organic Law 6/2001, of December 21, on Universities, an appeal may be filed before the Magnificent Rector of the University of Granada, in the within one month, from the day following its publication, in accordance with articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, or directly file a contentious-administrative appeal before the Court of Contentious-Administrative Law of Granada, within two months from the day following the date of publication of this resolution, as provided in articles 8.3 and 46.1 of Law 29/98, of July 13, regulating the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction.
