Resolution of February 2, 2023 of the Vice-Rector for Internationalization of the University of Granada, which publishes the final list of awards for the “Call for individual support grants for students and staff from higher education institutions in Ukraine”.
Against this resolution, which exhausts the administrative route by virtue of article 84 of Decree 231/2011, of July 12, of the Governing Council of the Junta de Andalucía, by which the Statutes of the University of Granada are approved, may be filed optionally appeal for reversal before Ms. Magnificent Rector of the University of Granada, within a month, from the day following the publication of this Resolution, in accordance with articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/ 2015, of October 1, or directly file a contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Court of Granada, within a period of two months from the day following the date of publication of this resolution, as provided in articles 8.3 and 46.1 of Law 29/98, of July 13, regulating the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction (BOE of July 14).
