Officer on Lithuania’s membership in NATO: we are no longer standing in the corner, but we have our own place

Exactly 19 years ago, Lithuania became a member of the world’s largest defense alliance – NATO. Sergeant Major Remigijus Katinas, who has served in the Lithuanian army almost since the restoration of Lithuania’s independence, claims that after becoming a member of the alliance, the Lithuanian armed forces earned respect among the other forces of the alliance and can already learn from others today.
