Official Royal Guard 3* show jumping competition: El Ghali Boukaa wins the FAR Prize
Rabat – The Moroccan rider El Ghali Boukaa won, Friday evening, the Prize of the Royal Armed Forces (FAR), as part of the official 3* show jumping competition of the Royal Guard, organized until Sunday at the quarry Hassan II at Méchouar in Rabat, under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.
Riding “A Kyss”, El Ghali Boukaa ranked first in this event reserved for first category horses (1.40m – 1.45m), after achieving a flawless performance in 70sec 18/100th.
He also occupied second place, on the horse “Ugolino Du Clos”, completing the course flawlessly in 71sec 31/100th.
Third place, in this event which saw the participation of 17 riders representing several national equestrian clubs affiliated to the Royal Moroccan Federation of Equestrian Sports (FRMSE), went to captain Mouad Bouya, riding the horse “Ernest”, who completed the course in a time of 76sec 40/100th and also achieving a flawless performance.
The competitions of the Official Royal Guard 3* Show Jumping Competition will continue on Saturday with the holding of 7 events.
This Competition, organized under the aegis of the FRMSE, sees the participation of the most eminent riders from the national equestrian clubs affiliated to the Federation.
The program for this event includes 19 events, the highlight of which will be the prestigious Grand Prix of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, scheduled for Sunday.
