Oise: the Ineris technician sexually harassed students and apprentices

At the heart of the very serious National Institute for the Industrial Environment and Risks (Ineris) in Verneuil-en-Halatte, Francis A., a 40-year-old technician, had what is called “a reputation”. That of pursuing young women with her diligence, preferably students, apprentices or temporary workers, regularly watered with her salacious insinuations, her gravelly jokes, her X-rated videos, even inappropriate gestures.
