M.T. At 50 minutes long, it is the longest section of the anthology, which includes nine other films based on Vasudevan Nair’s stories. Harish Peradi, Surabhi Lakshmi, Mamookoya, Vinod Kovoor, Appunni Shashi and Jayaprakash Kullur also play the lead roles.

Based on MT’s 1957 short story, the makers have confirmed that no changes have been made in the script and the story has been kept as is. Like the 1970 film, a part was made in black and white. Santhosh Sivan has handled the camera for the film, which has been designed by Sabu Cyril. Another special feature is that Priyadarshan, Mohanlal, Santhosh Sivan and Sabu Cyril are teaming up for the first time after Kalapani.

Meanwhile, Priyadarshan has also directed another installment of the anthology starring Biju Menon and Shanthi Krishna. This short film is based on stone inscriptions. Other directors in the anthology include Jayaraj, Mahesh Narayanan, Santhosh Sivan, Shyamaprasad, Ratheesh Ambat and Aswathi Vasudevan Nair. The films will be streamed on Netflix.
