Keezakarai: Muniyasamy 70, a resident of Airwadi East Street, used to raise cows. At 5:00 in the evening, he walked along the Kombhuthi-Aervadi road in search of cows that had gone to pasture the day before yesterday.
He was hit by an unknown car and got injured on the left side of his forehead and fell down. He was admitted to Ramanathapuram Government Medical College Hospital and died early yesterday morning. Airwadi police are investigating.
