Giovanni Atarihuana, Natasha Rojas, among other members of Unidad Popular, denounced Daniel Noboa and his wife Lavinia Valbonesi in the State Attorney General’s Office. They did it for two crimes.
«From various investigative news of recent date, it emerges the existence of an alleged criminal injustice, perpetrated by the highest authority of the executive, Daniel Noboa Azín and some ministers, which would financially benefit his spouse, Lavinia Valbonesi and the family of the president of the Republic,” says the complaint accessed by LA HORA.
«On December 5, 2023, Mrs. Lavinia Valbonesi obtained environmental permits for the company VinAzin, of which she is the main shareholder. “All this, with the highest authority of this State Portfolio being the Minister, Sade Fristchi Naranjo, who was appointed by the spouse of the beneficiary of the environmental permits,” says the document that was submitted to the Prosecutor’s Office.
The complaint also mentioned the Minister of Transportation, Roberto Luque; the Minister of the Interior, Mónica Palencia; and the national president of ADN, María Beatriz Moreno.
The crimes that those involved allegedly committed, according to the complainants, are traffic influences (up to 5 years in prison) and crimes against flora and fauna wild animals (up to 3 years in prison).
