A green lawn will cover the Esplanade des Invalides, the majestic garden of one of the most beautiful monuments in Paris: this is where the archery events will take place. The location is ideal because of its north-south orientation: the athletes will be certain of never having the sun in front of them. On either side of the field, two stands will be installed, with a total capacity of 8,000 spectators.
Eiffel Tower-Champ de Mars
The Iron Lady is going to change color: no more Haussmannian greyish brown tint of 1965, place in the gold of the origins on the occasion of the Olympic Games. On the ground, on the Champ-de-Mars, a temporary open-air arena, called Stade Tour Eiffel, will be built in 2024: it will host the beach volleyball and blind football events.
