Olympics, Italy runs faster than all: gold medal at the Italian relay in the 4×100 – Sport

TOKYO. The Italian 4×100 relay won the Olympic Gold with a super performance by the four sprinters Patta-Jacobs-Desalu-Tortu; is the tenth gold medal at the Tokyo Olympics.

Not even an hour before, the medal number nine arrived in these Olympics for Italy with Luigi Busà in the kumite 75 kg karate specialty. In the final for the first place the blue defeated the Azerbaijani Rafael Aghayev.

The eighth gold arrived in the morning with Antonella Palmisano in the walk, 20 km for women, to follow that of Massimo Stano among men (the first time that Italy has won gold in the walk with men and women in the same Olympics).
