Director Omar Lulu has come out with an explanation after withdrawing a post he shared about Ton Dileep the other day. The director noted that the comments on his post and comments were unexpected. Omar says he likes actor Dileep and not the person. Omar said he apologized if his post hurt anyone.

Omal Lulu posted yesterday that he likes actor Dileep, who is accused of assaulting the actress, and would definitely do a movie if he gets a date. Later, several people came out in protest.

New post by Omar Lulu

The post and comment I posted yesterday are being interpreted in a way I did not even expect.
1) I like Dileep (I did not say person, I do not know Dileep)
2) It is not possible for a human being to make a mistake by trivializing what is said to have never happened. The mistake that can easily get your claim denied is to fail.
3) I asked not to see the clip in the comment, it is against the moral consciousness of the Malayalee who misses the clip.
I believe we will not stop to watch the scene where our loved ones are hurting.
If the post I posted yesterday hurt anyone, please forgive me.

Omar Lulu’s last day post

I still like actor Dileep and I will definitely do a movie if I get his date. Not everyone is always right or wrong. Not everyone is human. We do not know the circumstances under which mistakes can happen. Only those involved know the truth.

There was widespread protest following this post. ‘Then harassing a woman with a quotation and taking a clip of it is an unintentional mistake … what’s the point of that?’ Was one question.

Omar also commented that Dileep should not be compared to Govindachami. “I first met a man named Govindachami in that torture case. I have loved Dileep since I was a child. He has inspired me a lot since I was in school. Dileep Punjabi House is still my favorite movie from the time I was in school. “I am not guilty,” Omar said in a statement.
