Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Greece Kyriakos Mitsotakis on the occasion of the national holiday. This is reported by the RA government.
The message says:
“On behalf of the government of the Republic of Armenia and the Armenian people, I warmly congratulate you and the fraternal Greek people on the occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Greece, wishing you good health and success, and peace and prosperity to the friendly people of Greece.
Strong friendly ties between our peoples have grown into mutually beneficial interstate cooperation in recent decades and continue to be strengthened thanks to active political dialogue.
Let me take this opportunity to thank you once again for the warm hospitality, understanding, and unequivocal support of Greece in matters of importance to Armenia during my visit to Greece a few weeks ago.
Armenia highly appreciates friendly Greece’s support to the Armenian side’s aspirations to deepen and develop relations with the EU.
I sincerely hope that in the near future, efforts aimed at promoting all levels of bilateral cooperation, as well as multilateral, including Armenia-Greece-Cyprus trilateral platforms, will contribute to the security and well-being of the Armenian and Greek peoples.
