According to the State Tax Inspectorate (STI), this year March 8 has been announced as the day for declaring the income of individuals.
Currently, the State Tax Inspectorate is preparing to declare the income of clients: data is being transferred to the Electronic Declaration System (EDS), the instructions for declaring on the YouTube channel are being updated, and preparations are underway to serve more clients by phone, in writing and live – in the offices of the State Tax Inspectorate.
According to the head of the State Tax Inspectorate of the Vilnius District, Virginija Ginyaviciene, from March 8, the capacity of customer service departments to serve arriving visitors is doubling, and the number of tax experts who will provide telephone services is also increasing.
