Meanwhile, in addition to the United States, Germany also decided to supply arms to Ukraine. Germany said on Wednesday it would provide state-of-the-art missiles and radar systems. The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) is reportedly considering expelling Russia from its oil production agreement.
