A tragic incident in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, has shocked the community after two children received chocolates poisoned with rodenticide from an unknown woman.

Brazilian authorities have confirmed the presence of a brown substance in the stomach of the deceased minor, possibly rat poison, and continue to investigate the case, reviewing surveillance cameras in search of the woman responsible.
