Brandenburg on the Havel – Prospective employees of all correctional facilities in the state of Brandenburg have only just played sports there and learned how to defend themselves against aggressive prisoners. Now the sports hall in Max-Josef-Metzger-Straße in front of the walls of the largest prison in Brandenburg an der Havel is being transformed into a huge courtroom, in which 100 spectators have to find enough space in Corona times. Because the process, which begins here next Thursday, not only attracts reporters from all over Germany to the Havel city, but also journalists from Sweden, Italy, Russia, Denmark and England.
