On February 6, the governor of Syunik, Robert Ghukasyan, introduced the newly appointed acting director Mher Abrahamyan to the staff of “Meghru Regional Medical Center” CJSC. he was appointed to this position on February 1, by the decision of the Governor No. 43-А. By the same decision, acting director Lusine Vardanyan was relieved of her duties.
The Syunik governor’s office informs that Mher Abrahamyan started his professional activity from Meghri Medical Center, and the locals are well acquainted with his professional qualities. After that, he also worked in Spitak and Goris Medical Centers, he is a surgeon by profession.
Robert Ghukasyan thanked Lusine Vardanyan for the work done during the years of managing the MC and congratulated the current incumbent and wished him success and fruitful work.
The head of the region also asked the MC team to support him in every matter, noting that as acting M. Abrahamyan’s success factor largely depends on each member of the team.
“One of the positive prerequisites for a person to live in Meghri is to receive quality health services here, and you should come together and work with united forces to face the challenges facing the medical center,” said Robert Ghukasyan.
Bagrat Zakaryan, head of the Meghri community, and Lusine Vardanyan, who has been in charge of the MC for 10 years, also said congratulatory words.
Mher Alaverdyan thanked for the trust and appointing him to this position, noted that along with the director’s duties, he will continue his professional work here, which is very necessary in Meghri. He asked those present to do everything to preserve the health of the population and promised to work so that the people of Mebel receive the health services that are possible and do not go to other places.
Thus, the new acting director has prioritized the restoration of the community’s trust in the MC.
During the meeting, the Governor of Syunik also answered the questions of the members of the medical staff, which were related to the activity of the medical center.
