OnePlus’ biggest change? Change the interface on all new devices

by time news

The biggest change in the history of OnePlus on the way: Last year, the OnePlus smartphone brand from Oppo announced the integration of the OxygenOS with the- ColorsOS And stated that the OxygenOS interface would share a common code base with ColorOS. These are two interfaces that last year were reported to be merged. The brand has also revealed that the personal names of the operating systems will be eliminated, and the unified operating system will soon get a new name. Now leaking, Mukul SharmaRevealed that the interface will be called under the name “H2OOS“. According to Mukul, it seems that OnePlus has recently filed a trademark for the name that could be the new name for the unified operating system that the technology giant will release with the release of the update to Android 12.

OnePlus marketed the smartphones in China with an interface HydrogenOS Which was unique only for the Chinese market. But it seems that the interface failed to gain popularity and the users preferred the interface which is in the global version, so after that, the interface was replaced in favor of ColorsOS. An earlier report indicated that the change is not expected to stop at OnePlus and reach Oppo as well. So apparently, it can be expected that the ColorOS interface will also be removed from Oppo devices in the future. OnePlus’s CEO has previously stated that the unified operating system will be individually optimized for OnePlus devices, to keep them clean. Aside from the name change, it seems that the operating system will reach all the users around the world who have purchased OnePlus in recent years. If the report turns out to be true, we may see the new interface as early as the next few months.
