The tax authority highlighted the boost that has been obtained thanks to the use of tools such as Chat one to one and OrientaSAT, which allowed a growth of 53.8% and 73.4%, respectively, the equivalent of 385,000 and 91,000 more services.
The application of technology has also helped the SAT to make it easier for taxpayers to carry out various procedures, ranging from the Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), to updating the e.firma, declarations and electronic invoice.
Thanks to the strengthening of the remote assistance means established by the tax service, 51,000 daily services have been provided to taxpayers, that is, 1,60 more services per day compared to the same period of the previous year.
And it is that from January to May 2022 the SAT reported that 5 million 71 thousand 893 services were provided, while in the same period this year the figure rose to 5 million 180 thousand 266 remote services, or what is the same, 108 thousand additional attentions (2.1% more).
Regarding face-to-face care, 80,000 daily cares were provided in the 158 offices in the country, thus reaching 8 million cares at the end of the same period, of which the cares for the generation of 1.9 million electronic signatures of both people physical as well as moral persons.
