jpnn.com – TASIKMALAYA – Only four elected legislative members of the Tasikmalaya Regency DPRD for the 2024-2029 period have submitted the State Officials’ Wealth Report (LHKPN) to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).

According to the General Election Commission (KPU) of Tasikmalaya Regency, West Java, 46 of the 50 elected legislative members for the 2024-2029 period have not reported their obligations.

“Regarding the LHKPN report, up to now only a few have provided evidence to the KPU,” said the Head of the Tasikmalaya Regency KPU, Ami Imron Tamami, in his statement, Tuesday (23/7).

He said that 50 legislative members were elected to the Tasikmalaya Regency DPRD. Those elected in the legislative election on February 14, 2024, must submit LHKPN as a requirement before the inauguration on September 2, 2024.

Since the elected legislative members were appointed, he said, his party had informed their respective political parties to report their assets through the system prepared by the Corruption Eradication Committee (KPK).

“The deadline based on KPU regulations is August 11, or 21 days before the inauguration,” he said.

He said that up to now, of the 50 elected legislative members, 46 people have not yet announced whether they have completed their obligations, while four people have announced it, namely from PKS and PAN.

“Only four people, three from PKS, one from PAN,” he said.

Only four elected legislative members of the Tasikmalaya DPRD have submitted their LHKPN to the Corruption Eradication Committee (KPK).
