Onyx launches e-ink tablet

Onyx, a company known for its e-readers, has introduced the Boox Note Air 2 Plus, a device that combines the functions of an e-reader and a tablet. Onyx Boox Note Air 2 Plus, which runs on the Android 11 operating system, is already available for pre-order. The cost of the tablet will be $500.

The 10.3-inch screen with a resolution of 1404×1872 pixels displays up to 16 shades of gray and supports touch control and work with the Boox Pen Plus stylus, recognizing 4096 pressure levels. Additionally, there are branded covers that are attached to the magnesium-aluminum case of the tablet with magnets.

The novelty received a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor in combination with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal memory, and in addition, the device supports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 wireless protocols. Built-in battery has a capacity of 3700 mAh and provides up to four weeks of work without recharging.
