The X edition of the International Choreographic Show Public Beta Your call will be open until March 17, 2023 at 11:59 p.m.. This 2023 edition will be held on June 2, 3 and 4 in the Black Room of the Canal Theaters within the 38th Madrid Dance Festival.
In the X Edition of the Show BETA PUBLISH We want to celebrate these ten years by sharing our love and commitment to creation and contemporary dance within the 38th Madrid en Danza Festival. We are preparing surprises and we will continue promoting Pro.BETAour initiative so that creators can test proposals more experimentaland we hope to surpass, in this X Edition, the participation of international creators as well as the creative and public success of previous years.

The choreography proposals will have a maximum of 15 minutes of duration, and is carried out through the registration form which is available on the website of BETA PUBLISH and will have a voting procedure for the followers of the Instagram account to select one of the Creators that will participate in the Showcase. The rest of the participants and the proposals for Pro.BETA with a duration maximum of 5 minutes They will be selected by the Artistic Team of the Association. Remember that the call will be open until March 17, 2023 at 11:59 p.m., and the week of April 17 the selected creators and choreographies will be announced.
The X Edition will be held on June 2, 3 and 4 in the Black Room of the Canal Theaters inside of the 38th Madrid Dance Festival where 8 Madrid, national and international creators selected by the Artistic Team of the Exhibition will be presented, each day having a different program with 5 or 6 of the pieces.
The Asociation BETA PUBLISH has as purpose boost the creative force around contemporary dance, increasing the knowledge of audiences about the creative process. Each contribution counts and, for this reason, we propose a continuous meeting on and off-line where create, to provoke, to connect, discover, prove, to experiment, share y support.
In this X Edition of the BETA PUBLIC Exhibition, we continue to seek public, choreographers, dancers, programmers cultural, media, producers and else participants are – physically and virtually – present in the creative processes of the selected pieces, giving rise to new reflections and bringing points of view that contribute to enriching the creative process.
