The US multinational has chosen the Reggio Emilia-based company equipped with software to manage digital transformation and automation in companies. “We didn’t meet by chance,” said the CEO of myInvenio, Massimiliano Delsante. While Dinesh Nirmal (Ibm) commented: “So we offer a more complete suite”. The entry of the US company into myInvenio Srl had already been announced by IBM itself in the middle of last month. An operation of open innovation which demonstrates the existence in Italy of companies of excellence in the technological field.

The acquisition will be completed by the end of the month and will allow IBM to provide companies with data-driven software to identify the most suitable process areas to be automated thanks to AI (Artificial Intelligence), from sales to production and accounting. AI and will provide IBM customers with the industry’s most comprehensive automation suite. Financial details were not disclosed. IBM plans to integrate myInvenio capabilities into its automation portfolio (which includes the IBM Cloud Pak for business automation and hybrid cloud software for business process transformation and increasing people’s productivity).
