Located near Bouznika beach, the center, whose inauguration ceremony took place under the chairmanship of the Minister of Youth, Culture and Communication, Mohamed Mehdi Bensaid, is built 95% of the time from wood.
The center is made up of common areas (large entertainment area, 200-seat open theater, etc.), and an administrative area including a reception room, a meeting room, offices, an examination room and a prayer room.
The center also has a refectory, a kitchen, a cafeteria, a storage room, a multi-function room and workshop spaces.
It also includes sports fields, children’s play areas, housing units, parking and green spaces.
In a statement to M24, the continuous news channel of MAP, the provincial director of the youth department in Benslimane, Kamilia Moujoud, indicated that the center is open all year round to welcome children and young people from different regions of the Kingdom.
“This is a new generation center that is added to the centers under the youth department,” noted Ms. Moujoud, expressing confidence that this structure will have a positive impact on associations, children and young people.
The inauguration of this center takes place on the sidelines of the National Meeting on the national program of summer camps, which is held on March 10 and 11 in Bouznika under the theme: “Summer camps: spaces for development and inclusion.
