Cellular operators will be able to index communication prices above the inflation rate. This provides for a target development scenario included in the communications industry strategy until 2035. The document was approved by the government on December 4. But in order to implement this scenario, operators will have to undertake obligations to develop new generations of communications, modern technologies and also to build infrastructure in new territories (DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions), it follows from the document.
