OPPO launches new smartphones Reno 11 and Reno 11 Pro
OPPO has launched the latest smartphones in its lineup, the Reno 11 and Reno 11 Pro, which are now available for purchase in China. The company has not yet announced when these devices will be available on the global market.
The prices for the OPPO Reno 11 series in China are as follows:
– Reno 11 8/256 GB: 2,499 yuan (approx. $320)
– Reno 11 12/256 GB: 2,799 yuan (approx. $390)
– Reno 11 12/512 GB: 2,999 yuan (approx. $385)
These smartphones are available in white, black, and red, and the Reno 11 will be available for purchase from November 25th. Meanwhile, the Reno 11 Pro is priced at 3,499 yuan (approx. $450) for the 12/256 GB configuration and 3,799 yuan (approx. $490) for the 12/512 GB configuration. The Reno 11 Pro will be available for purchase from December 1st.
The OPPO Reno 11 series features two smartphones with different processors but the same photography setup. The regular model has a 6.7-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 1080×2412, while the Pro model features a 6.74-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 1240×2772. The Pro model also has a higher maximum brightness of 1200nits, compared to the regular model’s 950nits.
The regular model is equipped with a Dimensity 8200 processor from MediaTek, while the Pro model comes with the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor. Both models have 12 GB of operating memory, with the regular model also offering an 8 GB option. The storage options range from 256 to 512 gigabytes, with no option to expand via a memory card.
The photography setup is the same between the two models, with the main difference being the main camera. The regular model features a 50-megapixel sensor-based Sony LYT600, while the Pro model has a 50-megapixel sensor based on the Sony IMX890. Both models come with a 32-megapixel selfie camera.
In terms of battery, the regular model is equipped with a 4,800 mAh battery with 67W fast charging, while the Pro model features two batteries with a total capacity of 4,700 mAh and 80W fast wired charging.
Technical specifications for the OPPO Reno 11 and Reno 11 Pro are detailed, including information on the screens, processors, memory, storage, cameras, battery capacity, and connectivity. Both models run on Android 14 with the ColorOS 14 interface and include an optical fingerprint reader under the screen.
