OPPO Reno 7 – OLED screens with a high refresh rate and 5G support

Having already been exposed in a previous leak, Oppo is now officially announcing the Reno 7 series, which includes three models: Oppo Reno 7, Reno 7 Pro and Reno 7 SE, all coming with large AMOLED screen panels, high refresh rate , 5G support, a triple photo array on their backs and the Android 11 operating system with the customized ColorsOS 12 user interface.

Oppo Reno 7 Pro

As the advanced model among the three, the Reno 7 Pro offers the largest screen, which comes in a size of 6.55 inches, with an AMOLED display panel in Full HD + resolution with a layout of 1080 × 2400 pixels and a high refresh rate of 90 Hz. The screen supports the HDR10 + standard and comes with 99.4% coverage of the DCI-P3 color gamut, offering maximum brightness of 800nits and a biometric fingerprint sensor that is activated by touching the display.

Under the lid we can find the Media-Tech Dimensity 1200 chipset, along with LPDDR4x RAM or 8GB or 12GB, a 256GB UFS 3.1 storage component and a 4,500mAh battery that charges a maximum of 65 watts Via USB-C connection. In addition, the phone offers support for 5G networks, NFC and WIFI 6 connectivity and Bluetooth 5.2.

Oppo Reno 7 ו- Reno 7 SE

The other two models in the series come with a 6.43-inch AMOLED screen and Full HD + resolution with a refresh rate of 90 Hz. The screen of the Reno 7 offers a maximum brightness of 800nits similar to the Pro model, but the Reno 7 SE model delivers a maximum brightness of 600nits, both of which offer a biometric fingerprint sensor that is activated by touching the display.

Under the hood there are differences between the two, with the Reno 7 model being Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 778G chipset and the SE model the Media-Tech Dimensity 900, along with 8 or 12GB of RAM. (In the Reno 7 model only), a storage component with a volume of 128 or 256 GB and a 4,500mAh battery that is charged with a maximum power of 60 watts in the Reno 7 model and 33 watts in the SE model. Oppo Reno 7: Prices and launch dates

Oppo will launch the Reno 7 series in its local market in China on December 17, 2121, but in light of the launch of the previous series (Reno 6) in Israel, it can be expected that the new series will also arrive in Israel later.
