It also sought clarification on the evidence that there was a foreign conspiracy to overthrow the regime.

Meanwhile, Imran Khan has recommended to President Arif Alvi to appoint former Chief Justice of Pakistan Kulsar Ahmed as the caretaker Prime Minister of Pakistan. Opposition parties have stated they will not run in the by-elections. The ensuing political turmoil in Pakistan has reached a climax. Arif Alvi has written a letter to the Chief Electoral Officer stating that this has forced Pakistan to hold immediate parliamentary elections. In it, he ordered that the general election be held within 90 days and that the date of the election be decided and communicated to him immediately.
