The Rectory of the University of International Integration of Afro-Brazilian Lusofonia (Unilab) published Ordinance No. 638/2023, which provides for an optional point during Carnival – February 20th to 22nd.
According to the document, there will be an optional stop on the 20th and 21st and, on the 22nd, Ash Wednesday, the optional stop will run until 2 pm.
The office hours of February 22, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, must be compensated by March 31 of this year, as follows:
– For civil servants who carry out their activities in person, and do not participate in the Management Program, the compensation must occur by anticipating the beginning of the daily workday or its postponement, respecting the opening hours of the university. Time compensation is limited to two hours per day of the working day.
– For civil servants who are participating in the Management Program, in the face-to-face or telework modality, in full or partial execution, compensation must be made by fulfilling all deliveries agreed in the work plan equivalent to the hours to be compensated.
